Shipping 

Thank you for shopping at One Amazing Thing (OAT). 

Products will be shipped within one to two weeks from receiving the order. You will be sent a courier tracking ID, once the product is shipped out.

Refund & Return Policy

We do not offer refunds on any OAT store products.  

We have a no-exchange policy, unless the product is damaged when it reaches you. In which case, we need to be notified the day you receive the package via email guide@bpbweekend.com or call 7738934999. 

Once the damage is assessed, we will re-ship a new version of the same product to you. You will not be eligible for a cash refund or store credit of the same amount. When you return the damaged product, it must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt as well.
